앱에서 삭제하기

Cozysand 앱을 엽니다.
홈 화면 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니바퀴)을 누릅니다.
지원 & 계정 → 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
안내에 따라 삭제를 확인합니다.

구독이 있으면 먼저 해지하세요. 계정을 삭제해도 Google Play·App Store 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않아 결제가 계속됩니다. 앱이 삭제 전에 안내합니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없다면

기기를 분실했거나 앱을 설치할 수 없으면 support@cozysand.com 으로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청하세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리합니다.

무엇이 지워지나

계정 삭제를 요청하면 아래 데이터가 즉시, 영구히 삭제됩니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

남는 것

아래는 법적 대응과 남용 방지를 위해 보존합니다. 계정 식별자와 분리하여 보관하며, 마케팅 등 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.

신고 접수 기록 — AI 생성 문구 신고, 저작권(DMCA) 침해 신고. 신고자가 계정을 지워 증거를 없앨 수 있으면 신고 창구가 무의미해집니다.
결제 기록 — 결제는 Google Play·App Store가 처리하며, 각 스토어의 보관 정책을 따릅니다. Cozysand는 카드 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

계정은 두고 기록만 지우기

계정과 구독은 그대로 두고 내가 남긴 기록만 지울 수도 있습니다. 처음부터 다시 시작하고 싶을 때 쓰세요.

기록 지우고 새로 시작을 누릅니다.
안내를 확인하고 지우기를 누릅니다.

지워지는 것 — 할 일·습관, 저장한 장소, 예약한 알람, 완료 기록과 통계, AI가 학습한 사용자 메모.
남는 것 — 계정과 로그인 정보, 구독. 로그인 상태는 그대로 유지됩니다.

이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없으며, 즉시 처리됩니다.

Delete your account and data

In the app

Open Cozysand.
Tap Settings (gear icon, top right of the home screen).
Go to Support & Account → Delete Account.
Confirm.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription — you would keep being billed. The app warns you before deletion.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@cozysand.com from (or including) the email address you signed up with. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What is deleted

Everything above is deleted immediately and permanently: your sign-in account, tasks, alarms and mandatory-lock records, saved places and place rules, sleep and habit records, reflections, AI long-term memory and coach settings, profile and consent records, achievements and game records, friendships and shared alarms. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored settings and caches.

What is retained

Abuse and copyright reports you submitted (AI content reports, DMCA notices) — retained for legal claims and abuse prevention, separated from your account identifier.
Purchase records are held by Google Play / the App Store under their own policies. Cozysand never stores card details.

Erase your data but keep your account

You can delete only the records you created while keeping your account and your subscription. Use this when you want a fresh start.

Open Cozysand.
Tap Settings (gear icon, top right of the home screen).
Tap Erase records and start over.
Read the confirmation and tap Erase.

Deleted — todos and habits, saved places, scheduled alarms, completion history and statistics, and the profile the AI has learned about you.
Kept — your account and sign-in, and your subscription. You stay signed in.

This cannot be undone, and it takes effect immediately.
